Hey, I am Katy. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I recently graduated from my dietetic internship at Cornell University and obtained my BS in Nutritional Science from UConn. I am here to help you sort through all the nutrition myths floating around on the internet and to get you to try some new recipes in your kitchen.
